Founded in 2011 by Raymond Hoafat, together with his wife Marilyn and son Ray Ray, Eco Wall Coatings was built on a simple but powerful vision: to provide the highest quality Italian plasters while delivering exceptional service and professionalism.

Raymond and Marilyn Hoafat
About Raymond and Marilyn
Marilyn and I have been together for over 52 years, and our journey has been nothing short of a blessing. Originally from New York, we took a leap of faith and moved to Miami in 1998, a decision that allowed both our family and our business to truly flourish. It’s been an incredible experience watching how far we’ve come together.
When we’re not working, we love spending time on cruises and enjoying new adventures. Marilyn finds her balance at the gym, while I spend my time in my music studio, creating and playing music that brings joy to my soul.
My name is Raymond Jr., though most people know me as Ray Ray. I’ve been in the plaster and wall coatings industry for over 24 years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in the field and serving as head colorist for much of that time. Today, I’m proud to lead Eco Wall Coatings in Miami, where I bring my passion for craftsmanship and sustainable, high-quality finishes to every project we take on.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted family man. I’m married to my wonderful wife, Janice, and together we have two amazing boys. We love spending time outdoors—whether hiking, climbing, or traveling across the country, we’re always seeking our next adventure.
I’ve dedicated several years to my role at the family bussines and look forward to contributing for many more. This experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of our products and a deep commitment to delivering quality service. Being part of a team that values growth and excellence has been both rewarding and motivating.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family of four. I’m also an avid basketball fan and enjoy competitive gaming, especially Call of Duty.
I’ve been part of the family business for over nine years, and I take pride in contributing to its growth and success. Though quiet by nature, I’m deeply dedicated to my work and enjoy finding creative solutions to help our customers. The opportunity to bring new ideas forward and make a difference in the company has been both motivating and rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, camping, traveling, and sharing good meals—both cooking and eating them. Staying active and always keeping busy is simply part of who I am.
For many years, I worked as a hairdresser, where I discovered my passion for building strong connections and helping people feel their best. Ready for a new chapter, I embraced the opportunity to join the family business, allowing me to share my creativity, care, and dedication in new ways. Being part of this team has been both exciting and rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and being outdoors. I also have a deep love for animals and believe in living with kindness while creating meaningful experiences wherever life takes me.

Outside of work, I live my life guided by strong morals and faith. As a God-fearing man, I spend much of my time at church, reading scripture, and worshiping Christ—values that continue to shape who I am both personally and professionally.
